By installing, accessing, or using BlueTalk ("the Application"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable Australian laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use this Application.
BlueTalk is a peer-to-peer offline mesh communication application developed and owned by Aussi-Nexus Group (ABN 76 947 108 181), a registered Australian business based in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The Application enables device-to-device communication via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and WebRTC without requiring internet connectivity.
Users may use BlueTalk for lawful personal, emergency, educational, and professional communication purposes. This includes use during natural disasters, remote area communications, community mesh networks, and offline collaboration.
Users must not use BlueTalk to: (a) transmit unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or harmful content; (b) violate the privacy of others; (c) conduct criminal activity; (d) interfere with emergency services; (e) distribute malware or malicious code; (f) violate applicable Australian or international law.
BlueTalk provides a supplementary communication tool. It does NOT replace official emergency services (000 in Australia). Always attempt to contact emergency services via standard channels first. Aussi-Nexus Group is not liable for outcomes arising from reliance on BlueTalk during emergencies.
All content, code, design, trademarks, and intellectual property within BlueTalk are the exclusive property of Aussi-Nexus Group. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
BlueTalk is a paid subscription service at AUD $7.99 per month (or equivalent in your local currency). There is no free tier, no free trial period, and no freemium version. Payment is processed monthly in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. No refunds are provided for partial months except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Aussi-Nexus Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use BlueTalk. Our total liability shall not exceed one month subscription fee (AUD $7.99).
BlueTalk operates primarily offline. No personal data is transmitted to Aussi-Nexus Group servers. AI features may transmit anonymised queries to third-party AI providers subject to their own privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
Aussi-Nexus Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of BlueTalk constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Aussi-Nexus Group is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). BlueTalk is designed with privacy-by-design principles.
BlueTalk does NOT collect, store, or transmit to our servers: your messages (end-to-end encrypted and stored locally only), your contacts or address book, your location (unless you explicitly choose to share it), your identity or real name, or your device identifiers.
All your messages, contacts, and settings are stored exclusively on your device using browser localStorage. Aussi-Nexus Group has no access to this data.
BlueTalk requests Bluetooth and network access solely to establish peer-to-peer communication with nearby devices running BlueTalk. No data is transmitted to Aussi-Nexus Group via these channels.
When using the AI Assistant feature (requires internet), queries are transmitted to Anthropic's API. These queries are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We recommend avoiding sharing personally identifiable information in AI queries.
When relaying messages through the mesh, device nodes temporarily process encrypted message payloads. These payloads cannot be read by relay nodes due to end-to-end encryption.
Under Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to: access any personal information held by us (we hold none server-side); correct inaccurate information; complain about privacy breaches (contact the OAIC at oaic.gov.au).
BlueTalk is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified through the Application.

BlueTalk does not guarantee message delivery. Mesh reliability depends on the number and proximity of devices. Messages may be lost, delayed, or fail to reach recipients.
BlueTalk is a supplementary communication tool ONLY. In genuine emergencies in Australia, always call Triple Zero (000). Do not rely solely on BlueTalk in life-threatening situations.
Bluetooth Low Energy has a practical range of 10–100 metres per hop. The effective mesh range depends on device density. In sparse environments, connectivity may be limited.
Continuous Bluetooth scanning and mesh relay may significantly drain device batteries. Monitor battery levels when using BlueTalk for extended periods.
The AI Assistant feature uses third-party AI services. Aussi-Nexus Group is not responsible for AI-generated content accuracy, particularly for medical, legal, or safety-critical advice.
BlueTalk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
This disclaimer and all associated legal documents are governed by Queensland law. ABN 76 947 108 181.
